Timelines

I appreciate that everyone wants their new items as soon as possible. However, I do ask that all customers understand that this a small business. All items are made here in the sewing room. Waiting periods will vary depending on current orders. Appropriate time  given will start, once payment is received. 

Payment 

All orders to be paid in full before manufacturing will begin.

Embroidery will be started only once full payment is received. 

Stocked items Items will not be posted until payment is received in full. 

Refund or Exchange 

Custom Made to Measure Items:

Refunds will only be issued for custom Items measurements are incorrect or product is faulty at the time of manufacture. 

No refunds will be issued if measurements given by the customers are incorrect or if customers changes mind on fabric or colour choice. 

Exchanges is available on items that are standard made sizes, but the incorrect size was purchased, if the item is in clean unused condition and customer is required to pay postage costs both ways. 

Any items on Sale there will be no refunds or exchanges available.
